Standard Rates

All weight categories are subjected to a processing fee starting at a minimum of $250 (but not limited to). Packages weighing over 10 lbs are subjected to a handling fee starting at a minimun of $100.

Please note that packages not collected after seven (7) days will attract a storage fee of $50 per day.

Packages unclaimed after 30 days will become the property of LetZshipit.

Packages shipped with another name other than that on the customer account will be charged an additional fee of $200 per package.​

All packages without a mailbox code that goes into 'unknown' will be charged a retrieval fee of $700 per package.
